Kale rapini is a true spring treat! The tender shoots of flowering kale are sweet, crunchy, almost like a kale asparagus. Eat raw, or lightly saute for a fresh, wonderful green addition to your day. Sometimes the florets will be yellow, and this is normal and tastes delicious.
