It was great to meet everyone who came out to the first Kingston Farmers’ Market of the season! Our greens were met with lots of enthusiasm, and we’re especially grateful to everyone who stopped by and tried something new. Thanks also to the Kingston Farmers Market for using our greens in their delicious demo salad – it looked great!
We’ll be bringing a few new varieties to market this weekend, based on feedback we received. We’re adding to menu with mung bean sprouts (joining the Solid Ground Farm classics: Alfalfa, French Garden, “A ‘Lil Spicy” and Rainbow Sprouted Beans) and a “Dessert blend” microgreen mix. We’ll also continue to feature the Spring Harvest Mix and the Spicy Mix microgreens, as well as pea shoots and sunflower shoots. Got a favorite that you’d like to see on the market?
